About your practitioner
Hi, I’m Madison—a Holistic Health Practitioner, root-cause investigator, and a firm believer that your body knows how to heal—it just needs the right support, safety, and guidance.
I work with individuals who feel like they’ve tried everything. You’ve seen the specialists, followed the protocols, cleaned up your diet, taken the supplements—and you’re still not getting answers. My approach combines functional blood chemistry and advanced lab testing with deep listening, intuition, and education-led care. Together, we uncover the why behind your symptoms and build a healing path that feels clear, empowering, and personalized.
But none of this started in a textbook.
It started with me—sick, dismissed, and determined to figure it out.
For years, I battled unexplained symptoms—debilitating fatigue, food reactions, skin flares, nervous system dysregulation, and a constant sense that something wasn’t right. In adolescence, I chased diagnoses like PCOS and endometriosis, dealt with debilitating periods, “IBS,” cystic acne, rapid weight changes, stretch marks, and feeling uncomfortable in my own skin.
I followed all the “right” wellness advice and hit wall after wall. Eventually, I was diagnosed with mold illness and MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome)—but even then, the support was either fear-based, dismissive, or just not tailored to me. I felt fragmented, not fully seen.
So I became the practitioner I was looking for.
I’ve since mentored with experienced naturopaths, studied functional medicine, and trained in functional blood chemistry —all while continuing to expand my education and refine my clinical lens. I believe in lifelong learning so I can better serve the unique needs of my clients. I’m always evolving, because so is this work.
What working with me feels like:
You’re held in a safe, judgment-free space
You receive clear, customized insight into your labs and symptoms
You’re guided with education, not fear
You’re empowered to understand and trust your body again
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan or a quick-fix detox.
It’s deep, nuanced, and rooted in the belief that your body is always on your side.
I support those navigating chronic symptoms like fatigue, hormone imbalances, gut issues, histamine intolerance, autoimmunity, and more. Most of my clients come to me after years of feeling dismissed and overwhelmed—they’re sensitive, self-aware, and ready to go deeper.
If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
Because your symptoms are not random.
Your body is not broken.
And healing is possible—with the right support.

Things I DON’T Stand For as a Practitioner:
– Guilt-tripping you into buying labs or supplements you can’t afford. I’ll always work with your budget and customize your protocol to make it realistic and sustainable.
– Blaming everything on a single root cause. Healing is rarely that simple — it’s usually a combination of factors that leads to system dysregulation.
– Fear-mongering you about everything under the sun. You deserve to feel empowered, not scared.
– Encouraging you to override your intuition in the name of “discipline” or sticking rigidly to a plan. Your body’s wisdom always comes first.
– Telling you that you’ll be fully healed in three months. Some people make fast progress, but for most, true healing takes time — and that’s okay.
– Shutting you down when you’re emotional or need to share personal stories. This work is deeply personal. Your story matters, and nothing is off the table in our sessions.
– Telling you to stop messaging or emailing me. You’re never a burden. I may not always reply instantly, but you’re not alone — I’m here for you.
– Pretending I have all the answers. I don’t — and no one does. I regularly consult with my mentors and return to your case notes to make sure I’m giving you the most thoughtful and thorough support possible.
– Ignoring your relationship with food or your body in the name of “healing.” I work with many clients who have a history of disordered eating, and I always prioritize your relationship with food, your body, and your life as a whole — before any protocol or plan.
Things I DO Stand For as a Practitioner:
– Honoring your story. Your lived experience matters just as much as your lab results. This work is relational, not just clinical.
– Meeting you where you are. I’ll never expect perfection. We build protocols around your real life, not the other way around.
– Root-cause thinking with nuance. I look at the full picture — physical, emotional, environmental, and spiritual — and support the terrain, not just chase symptoms.
– Collaboration over hierarchy. I’m not here to “fix” you — I’m here to walk alongside you, ask better questions, and support your body’s innate intelligence.
– Trauma-informed care. I respect your nervous system and know that healing requires safety, not force.
– Education and empowerment. I’ll explain the why behind every recommendation, so you feel informed and in control of your care.
– Flexibility and creativity. There’s always more than one way to move forward. If something doesn’t work for you, we’ll find another path.
– Ongoing learning. I regularly study, consult with mentors, and refine my approach — because you deserve the best of what I know, not just what I knew last year.
– Deep care. You’re not just a case file. I truly care about your process, your progress, and your peace of mind — and I hold that with the utmost respect.
– Celebrating the small wins. Healing isn’t always linear, but every shift — better sleep, a calmer mind, a single pain-free meal — is worth noticing. I’ll remind you that progress doesn’t always shout; sometimes it whispers.
